Renters Policy

By renting from Dulhan Zari House, you agree to return the outfit in the same condition on the agreed return date. The refundable security deposit covers minor issues; major damage or late return may incur charges. Dresses are reserved only after advance payment.

• Advance (25%) confirms the booking and is adjusted into the rent.
• Remaining rent + security deposit is paid before pickup.
• Security deposit is fully refunded after timely return & quality check.
• Please do not wash the dress — it is returned professionally cleaned.
